Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies. RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes. All current academic staff members will follow the schedule below.
August 22, 2016: Campus Deans, Directors and Department Heads, and UA Unit Directors notified of upcoming RNUA process and schedule
September 19, 2016: Employees notified of RNUA submission deadlines
October 5, 2016: RNUA due for department review
October 24, 2016: RNUA due for college (or 2nd level) review
November 14, 2016: RNUA due for OVCR, OVCAA or OVPR review
December 19, 2016: Campus notification to OVPR confirming submission and review of RNUA by all units and departments
